MyLeague.ai  ·  AI organizations for service businesses

Automate the busy work. Keep the handshake.

We build AI teams for owners who have become the bottleneck. Every seat has a real job description, a hub runs the work between them, and one shared brain knows how your company does things. Your hours go back to the people who grow your business.

The brain to the right is the real shape of the AI organization our founder runs across four business units. Job titles only. No private data.

01The problem

Your company is a waiting room.

The follow-up waits on your memory. The approvals wait in your inbox. Your team waits for you to land so they can ask the question only you can answer. The business moves exactly as fast as you can get to it.

Before

“Everyone is waiting on me.”

  • Follow-up depends on what you remember at 10 p.m.
  • Decisions stack up while you're in meetings or on a plane
  • AI is a handful of disconnected tools and a chatbot tab
  • Every new hire becomes one more person who needs your answers

After

“My league knows what to do.”

  • Repeatable work moves on its own, to your standard
  • AI seats know your clients, your voice, and when to escalate
  • Your team spends its day with clients instead of paperwork
  • You get your evenings back, and the handshake stays yours

What is an AI organization?

An org chart that includes AI. Each seat owns a defined set of work, reports to someone, and learns from one shared brain that holds your voice and standards. Repeatable work moves without you. People stay where people matter.

02A day with your league

Here's a Tuesday when the work doesn't wait on you.

Watch the seats work through a day. Anything that should come from you lands in your queue for one tap. Anything that needs a handshake stays on your calendar.

03The org chart

Right now, every box on your org chart has your name in it.

This is our founder's real chart across four business units. When he started, he was every one of these seats. Hire any seat, or the whole league, and watch what comes back: hours, and the people those hours belong to.

04The LEAGUE Method™

We design the organization first. Tools come last.

Six steps take a business from “everything runs through me” to a company that moves without waiting on its owner.

L

Step oneLocate

Find where you are the bottleneck: the approvals, follow-up, and knowledge that keep landing back on you. The Freedom Zone™ ranks what to move first.

Where are your hours getting trapped?

E

Step twoEngineer

Design how the work should move before installing anything: which roles exist, what each one owns, and where escalation is required.

If we built this company today, how should work flow?

A

Step threeAssign

Put every responsibility in the right seat with the Right Seat Matrix™. Some work goes to AI. Some stays with people. Some stays with you.

Who or what should own this work?

G

Step fourGround

Build the brain. Your voice, clients, procedures, offers, and decision rules go into an operating vault so every seat does the job your way.

What does this teammate need to know?

U

Step fiveUnleash

Put the seats on real work with people in the loop. We watch accuracy, tone, and edge cases, then tighten until performance is dependable.

Can this seat perform in the real business?

E

Step sixElevate

Move your time back to clients, leadership, strategy, closing, and the life outside the company that the business was supposed to pay for.

What becomes possible when this no longer needs you?

05The Right Seat Matrix™

We'll tell you what not to automate.

Most AI vendors want to automate everything, because that's what they sell. Every task in your business gets sorted into one of four seats, and the handshake always stays with a person.

AI

AI owned

Repeatable, rules-based work the AI handles start to finish and reports on.

Call notes, status recaps, pipeline alerts

AI + you

AI assisted

AI does the heavy lifting. A person reviews it and sends it.

Client replies, proposals, newsletters

You + AI

Human led

A person leads. AI preps the research, the brief, and the follow-up.

Strategy sessions, big decisions, hiring

You

Human owned

Relationships, judgment, and trust. AI stays out of the room.

Negotiation, the hard phone call, the referral lunch

06Who it's for

Any service business where the owner is stuck behind a desk.

The industry doesn't matter. The pattern does. If your business grows when you're in front of people, every week you spend behind the desk is an opportunity you didn't get to.

You're a fit if

  • Your business runs on relationships, referrals, or repeat clients
  • The team waits on you for answers, approvals, or the final say
  • Follow-up depends on what you remember
  • You'd grow faster if you were out with people more
  • You've tried tools or a hire, and you're still holding it together

Owners we build for

Real estate Mortgage & lending Insurance Law Accounting Financial advisors Engineering & architecture Contractors & home services Agencies Consultants & coaches Studios Property management Staffing Multi-location brands

Don't see yours? If clients pay for your service and your time is the bottleneck, it fits.

The rainmaker

Your relationships bring in the business.

AI seats take
Follow-up cadences, pipeline tracking, proposals, meeting prep, and the status updates clients expect.
You get back
The lunch, the handshake, the referral partner, and the call that closes the deal.

The expert

Clients pay for your judgment.

AI seats take
Onboarding steps, notes and recaps, documents, reminders, and capturing how you do things before a key person leaves.
You get back
The advice, the hard conversation, and the client who trusts you by name.

The operator

You run a team that serves the public.

AI seats take
Nightly numbers, lead response, scheduling, billing checks, content, and the questions your managers keep bringing you.
You get back
Coaching your people, being on the floor, and leading instead of firefighting.

07Built on ourselves first

“I'm not a programmer. I was the bottleneck.”

I've run martial arts schools since the late '90s. For most of that time the business moved exactly as fast as I could get to it. Every approval, every follow-up, every standard lived in my head.

So I built my way out. Named seats, a hub that runs them, and one brain holding my voice and my rules, across four business units under DoGood Enterprises. The org chart on this page is that organization. I built it where the cost of being wrong was my own payroll, not yours.

Now I build the same thing for any service business owner who is stuck behind a desk when they should be in front of people. One rule runs through all of it: automate the busy work, keep the handshake.

08Your Freedom Zone™

What would come back to you?

Check off what you still do yourself. In about a minute you'll see the hours you could get back, and which seats you'd hire first.

09Free discovery call

Find out where your hours are trapped.

One conversation, owner to owner. No pitch deck and no “AI 101.” We go straight to how your business actually runs.

  1. Where the work lands on you. The approvals, follow-up, and questions that keep coming back to your desk.
  2. What belongs in a seat. A first pass at which work is repeatable, teachable, and safe to hand off.
  3. What stays human. The relationships we'd protect in your business, by name.
  4. Whether a build makes sense now. If it doesn't, we'll say so.

You leave with a short list of the work most worth moving off your plate, whether or not we ever work together.

10Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

What is an AI organization?

An org chart that includes AI. Each AI seat has a job description and someone it reports to, a hub routes work between seats, and every seat works from a shared operating vault that holds your company's voice and standards. It's built around how your business runs, so work moves without waiting on you.

What is an AI brain for a business?

An AI brain, which we call an operating vault, is an organized library of everything your AI seats need to do the work your way: your voice, client profiles, SOPs, offers, policies, decision rules, and examples of good work. Generic AI knows general information. A grounded brain knows your business.

How is this different from hiring AI employees from a software platform?

AI employee platforms sell individual bots for common tasks. We design the whole organization first: which work exists, which seat should own it, what stays human, and how the seats hand work to each other. Then each seat is grounded in your own material instead of a generic template.

What will you not automate?

Relationships, negotiation, judgment calls, and any conversation where trust is the product. Every responsibility is sorted through the Right Seat Matrix™ into AI owned, AI assisted, human plus AI, or human owned. Telling you what not to hand to AI is part of the job.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. The goal is to take repeatable admin off the people who should be serving clients, including you. Your team keeps the relationships. The AI seats take the follow-up, the drafts, the status updates, and the paperwork.

Do I need to be technical?

No. MyLeague was founded by an owner who isn't a programmer and built his own AI organization anyway. You bring the knowledge of how your business should run. We handle the build and explain everything in plain English.

Will the AI sound like a robot?

Not if it's grounded properly. Every build includes a voice layer made from your real language, your calls and your emails, so everything your AI seats write sounds like one company instead of fourteen different people.

Is my client data safe?

Every build carries a security protocol: outside content like emails, web pages, and documents is treated as information, never as instructions. AI seats never send, share, delete, or pay for anything because a message asked them to, and outbound communication waits for human approval.

What kinds of businesses is MyLeague for?

Any service-driven business where the owner has become the bottleneck. If your business grows when you are in front of clients, and you spend your day on admin instead, it fits: real estate, lending, insurance, law, accounting, financial advice, agencies, contractors, consultants, studios, multi-location service brands, and more.

How long does a build take, and what does it cost?

Every build starts with a paid planning phase that maps your bottlenecks, designs the seats, and sets baseline numbers so results can be measured. The build itself is scoped to what your business needs, so timing and price are set after planning. The discovery call is free.

Who owns the AI organization after it's built?

You do. It's built for your business and handed over. Ongoing support is offered when we build the system, and it's never required. If you have a qualified internal AI person, they can maintain it.

What happens on the discovery call?

We look at where your hours are getting trapped, which work keeps landing back on you, and whether an AI organization makes sense for your business right now. You leave with a short list of the work most worth moving off your plate, whether or not we work together.
